Intussen zijn wat dingen veranderd dus het leek me tijd voor een nieuwe blogpost.<\/p>\n<p>BatchPCB is nu <a href=\"https:\/\/oshpark.com\/\">OSH Park.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.eurocircuits.com\/\">EuroCircuits <\/a>heeft hun diensten uitgebreid en doet nu meer voor hobbyisten en kleine series.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.seeedstudio.com\/service\/index.php?r=pcb\">Seeedstudio<\/a> hebben een PCB prototype service.<\/p>\n<p>Als er veel leveranciers zijn en een hoop klanten die zoeken voor de beste prijs, dan is er vaak ook een prijs-vergelijker : <a href=\"http:\/\/pcbshopper.com\/\">PCBShopper<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Handigste leverancier voor mij nu is <a href=\"http:\/\/dirtypcbs.com\/index.php\">DirtyPCBs <\/a>(van de mensen van <a href=\"http:\/\/dangerousprototypes.com\/\">Dangerous Prototypes<\/a> die de <a href=\"http:\/\/dangerousprototypes.com\/docs\/Bus_Pirate\">Bus Pirate<\/a> verzonnen hebben), mijn laatste 3 bestellingen komen daar vandaan.<\/p>\n<p>De eerste bestelling was een nieuwe run van het LivingColors Arduino shield.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_8146\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-8146\" style=\"width: 800px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.knutsel.org\/img_20151104_182554\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-8146\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-8146\" src=\"http:\/\/www.knutsel.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/IMG_20151104_182554.jpg\" alt=\"New batch of LivingColors Arduino shields.\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.knutsel.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/IMG_20151104_182554.jpg 800w, http:\/\/www.knutsel.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/IMG_20151104_182554-300x225.jpg 300w, http:\/\/www.knutsel.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/IMG_20151104_182554-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 709px) 85vw, (max-width: 909px) 67vw, (max-width: 984px) 61vw, (max-width: 1362px) 45vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-8146\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">New batch of LivingColors Arduino shields.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>De tweede bestelling was een breakout board voor de NiceRF SX1276 LoRa module. Deze boards zijn klein(about 20 mm x 25 mm) en de goedkoopste printen van dirtypcbs zijn100 mm x 100 mm. Hier experimenteerde ik met breakout panels, en heb ik 4 PCB&#8217;s in een ontwerp gezet.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_8164\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-8164\" style=\"width: 518px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.knutsel.org\/img_20151209_195413\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-8164\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-8164\" src=\"http:\/\/www.knutsel.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/IMG_20151209_195413-e1450031875434.jpg\" alt=\"Adapter boards\" width=\"518\" height=\"340\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.knutsel.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/IMG_20151209_195413-e1450031875434.jpg 518w, http:\/\/www.knutsel.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/IMG_20151209_195413-e1450031875434-300x197.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 518px) 85vw, 518px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-8164\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Adapter boards<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Het eindresultaat werkt prima, er zijn achteraf twee dingen die ik anders zou doen :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>De &#8220;mouse bites&#8221; verplaatsen zodat de ruwe randjes niet uitsteken, zie <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.mentor.com\/tom-hausherr\/blog\/tag\/breakaway-panel\/\">deze blogpost<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>De zeefdruk tekst kopi\u00ebren en fixeren op een nieuwe laag voor de de sub PCB&#8217;s te kopi\u00ebren en roteren. Als je goed naar de PCB&#8217;s kijk zie je dat de sporen geroteerd zijn maar de tekst niet. Dat is wat je wil voor een grote PCB maar niet voor een breakout PCB. Er is een Eagle ULP voor die je kan gebruiken en een <a href=\"http:\/\/diy.viktak.com\/2013\/02\/tutorial-panelizing-pcbs-in-eagle.html\">tutorial<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Een tijdje terug heb ik een redelijk populaire blogpost geschreven over goedkoop printen laten maken.
